Roxanne Robinson Ushers in a New Sound of Victory with Still Standing

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaican gospel artiste Roxanne Robinson is striking a powerful chord across the faith community with her debut full-length album, Still Standing — a heartfelt, soul-deep offering that marks a turning point in her spiritual and musical journey.

Released under her independent imprint, Roxanne Robinson Music, the 11-track album is more than just a musical production; it is a triumphant testimony.

“There were moments I could’ve walked away, but purpose kept calling,” Robinson said. “This isn’t just an album. It’s a sound of survival. Every song is a page from my story — and if you listen closely, you’ll hear the grace that carried me.”

Robinson’s creative process was an evolving path of healing and revelation, unfolding over several years. Supported by a tight-knit team of producers and musicians who believed in her vision, Still Standing reflects a rich blend of worship, testimony, and prophetic declarations. Tracks such as Release, Still Standing, and the rhythmic Caribbean Medley have resonated widely, drawing praise from both local churches and international gospel listeners.

“The studio became my altar,” she shared. “Some of these lyrics were written through tears, others through praise. It’s raw, it’s real, and I’m proud of what God has allowed me to deliver.”

From singing harmonies in the youth department to recording her first EP in 2015, Robinson’s journey has always been anchored in faith. Songs like Yahweh and Release Your Power laid the foundation for the bold, refined sound she carries today.

As she continues promoting the album, Robinson is also expanding her ministry footprint and building what she calls her “kingdom business” — a blend of entrepreneurship, outreach, and music ministry aimed at reaching lives beyond the church pew.

“This is just the beginning. I’m walking wherever God leads — with sound, with purpose, and with fire,” she affirmed.
