Jamaican Dollar Strengthens Against Major Currencies in Latest Exchange Report

KINGSTON, Jamaica — In the latest exchange report issued on Monday, March 31, the Jamaican dollar saw notable gains against several major currencies. The US dollar closed at $158.36, a decrease of 10 cents from the previous day.

Similarly, the Canadian dollar experienced a decline, ending the day at $110.40, down from $113.07. The British pound also saw a reduction, closing at $203.40, a drop from $206.39.

This shift reflects ongoing fluctuations in the currency markets as the Jamaican dollar shows resilience in the current economic landscape.
