Deezie’s New Chapter: Launching Farmbwoy Personal Care Products

Former recording artist Deezie, also known as Dave Meikle, has turned a new page in his career by launching a personal care brand called Farmbwoy. This venture marks his shift from music to manufacturing, with a particular emphasis on creating natural products, including a standout castor oil.

Meikle’s journey into the world of business has been fueled by a passion for entrepreneurship. “I’ve always wanted to build something of my own. With my access to land, I started by raising livestock and keeping bees, but I soon realized I wanted to expand into natural personal care,” he explained.

Located in Sandy Park, Clarendon, the small factory where Farmbwoy products are made operates with a close-knit team. Although modest in size, they are dedicated to quality and sustainability. “Our team is growing steadily, and we are thrilled with how our products are being received. Our bath soap and castor oil, in particular, have gained great traction,” Meikle added.

As Farmbwoy continues to grow, Meikle is setting his sights on the future, aiming to broaden his product line and introduce his offerings to an international audience, showcasing the best of local craftsmanship on a global stage.
