The track, produced under his own label, Vybz Kartel Muzik, marks his first release since his highly anticipated release from prison. Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, was released from the Tower Street Adult Correctional Facility on July 31, 2024, after spending more than a decade behind bars.
