Track attendance dips, grade slippage, and behavioural flags by Grade 7. Intervene with mentorship, not detention. - Kill the “boy code”
Publicly debunk the myth that books are “soft” and trades are “tough.” Both build nations; both deserve male participation.
Scholarships wired to these levers—plus visible male educators who model success—form the scaffolding men need to climb higher.
