Dancehall sensation Kaylyn has reached a major milestone in her music career with the signing of an exciting new deal with Rokwon Productions. The partnership, finalized in February 2025, marks a new chapter for the rising star.
“I first connected with Kaylyn in October 2024 through a mutual friend who works as a voice coach. After a long phone conversation and hearing her incredible talent, it was clear we had to work together. She then flew to Jamaica, and we sealed the deal in person,” explained producer Rokwon, founder of Rokwon Productions.
The partnership has energized Kaylyn, who is now diving into the creation of fresh material to share with her growing fanbase. “Signing with Rokwon Productions is a huge moment for me. It’s a recognition of all the hard work and dedication I’ve put into my career and brand. I’ve always believed in myself, and now it feels incredible to have a team that believes in me too. My goal is to elevate the label and make it a recognized name in the industry,” she shared.
Rokwon Studios, nestled in Cassia Park in Kingston, Jamaica, has been at the forefront of shaping the local music scene since its establishment in 2015. Known for its high-quality productions and event promotions, the studio took a brief pause to upgrade its facilities but is now back stronger than ever. The addition of Kaylyn to the Rokwon family has injected even more excitement into their future endeavors.
“Kaylyn’s talent is undeniable. She not only has the looks and sound but also the character to go far in this industry. I’m excited to see her reach new heights, and together, we will continue to contribute to the growth of Jamaican music,” said Rokwon.
Kaylyn, whose music blends timeless dancehall sounds with a modern twist, is already making waves with tracks like Owna Tings, I’m Protected, Falling In Love featuring BNICK, and Fraid Fi Talk. She’s now preparing to drop her latest single Mile High, with a music video already in the works.
