The deceased, 26-year-old Romario Jacquet from Rockfort, East Kingston, was behind the wheel of a Subaru sedan that veered off course in a tragic incident that occurred just hours after another major collision on the island. Police Commissioner Kurt Walton expressed his condolences, stating, “Instead of celebrating the festive season, a family is now mourning an unimaginable loss.”
