In an interview with the JCF’s Constabulary Communication Network (CCN), Corporal Thompson detailed his commitment to addressing crime at its roots. He launched a skills development program designed to empower young people and redirect them away from criminal activity. This initiative aims to provide valuable opportunities, thereby breaking the cycle of crime in his community.
“By investing in our youth, we can create a foundation for a safer future. It’s about equipping them with the tools they need to succeed,” the announcement highlighted.
Encouraging fellow officers, Thompson stressed the importance of their roles in nurturing community relations. “We are all part of a larger mission to protect and serve. Together, we can uplift our neighborhoods and make a difference,” he asserted.
